Do I need a trade account to order?
No. Anyone can order at list price. A free trade account adds contract prices, credit terms and monthly invoicing.
What is the minimum order?
Each product shows its minimum order quantity (MOQ). Most office items have no minimum; safety gear starts at 5–10 pieces.
How do volume prices work?
Tier prices apply when you order the stated quantity of one product. They are confirmed on a written quote before you pay.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. Every delivery comes with a VAT invoice and a delivery challan.
How fast is delivery?
Next working day in Dhaka for in-stock items, and 2–4 working days elsewhere. Pallet orders get a scheduled date.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Trade accounts can pay by bank transfer against invoice. Cash on delivery is available for every order.
